NEWSLETTER FOR THE SURREY CHOI KWANG DO SCHOOLS
1st January 2010 No. 1
Not just a New Year but an exciting new decade!
What will this year bring? Loads of good things! We have a small army of you testing for 1st Dan & 2nd Dan Black Belt in the first 6 months of the year. Grandmaster Choi looks like he will be coming over to do a seminar in the summer, so watch this space for details. We have the Korean Seminar in October to look forward to. We have new instructors coming onto the team and lots more. So lets get into 2010!
Be kind to yourselves!
As you begin your training again, do not be suprised if you are not as flexible, powerful, fast or as co-ordinated as you may have been before the Christmas break. Certain skills and abilities that you may have developed will take a week or two to get back to the same stage. Please don't be hard on yourselves, it will return (just not always as quickly as we would all like)!
