Seeing students achieving their potential. Watching their confidence, fitness and capabilities grow. Seeing students smile as they realize their improvements.
Why did you decide to become an instructor?
I have always enjoyed teaching for the reasons above.

It’s a friendly environment, where everyone is welcome, the movements are natural so everyone can do them. |
